I just thinking about...is there another way to enjoy cornflakes besides with milk?
oooh yeaaaa... let's making cookies with cornflakes :)
Mix all this ingredients :
butter ( 150 gr ), 1 egg, 1 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of caster sugar, 1/2 spoon baking powder, 1/2 spoon vanilla flavour, 1/2 spoon of salt.
after everything mixed, then add cornflakes...as much as u like
mix once again, then dough is ready to put in oven. Give a distance of 5 cm for each mold, because the dough will expands. Cookies will be ready after 20 minutes with a temperature of 180 degrees.
